Returns

GET YOUR SAVE reviews return requests carefully because retro cartridges, custom builds, labels, shells, save hardware, boxes, and manuals can vary by condition and configuration.

Return Window

Return requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery unless a different return window is stated on the product page or order record.

Eligible Returns

Eligible returns generally include incorrect items, fulfillment errors, shipping damage reported promptly, or items that arrive materially different from the listing description.

Custom Cartridge Orders

Custom cartridge orders are built to selected specifications and may not be eligible for ordinary preference-based returns after production begins. If there is a build issue, contact us with details so we can review it.

Condition Requirements

Returned items must include the cartridge and any included box, manual, insert, sleeve, or accessory originally shipped with the order. Items should be returned in the same condition received unless the return is due to shipping damage or fulfillment error.

How to Start a Return

Contact us with your order number, item name, delivery date, and photos if condition, shipping damage, or wrong-item fulfillment is involved. Do not ship an item back before receiving return instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping, return shipping, taxes, and fees may be handled differently depending on the reason for return.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may be declined for missing items, altered cartridges, damaged labels after delivery, opened or modified custom builds, buyer-caused damage, or requests outside the return window.
