Processing Time
In-stock cartridge orders are usually prepared within 2-4 business days. Custom cartridge orders may require additional build, testing, and quality-control time before shipment.
Packaging
Every cartridge is packed to protect the shell, label, contacts, and any included box or manual. Orders may include protective wrap, rigid mailers, padding, or boxed packaging depending on the item type and quantity.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout when available. Rates may vary by destination, carrier, package weight, package dimensions, and order contents.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking details will be attached to the order after fulfillment. Customers can review order status from the My Orders section of their account.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on carrier service, destination, weather, customs, and local delivery conditions. GET YOUR SAVE cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates after a package has been handed off.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or local delivery charges. These costs are not controlled by GET YOUR SAVE.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows unusual delay or delivery issues, contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will review the shipment record and help determine the next step.
